You’ll be picked up at your hotel or guesthouse at 08.30AM-09.00AM.The car drives 1 hour to Elephant Retirement Park
- After the introduction,
- we meet and treat the elephants
- Feed them fresh fruit and sugar cane and relax in their company.
- Lunch
- After lunch we supply you with shorts and t-shirts for mud spa and shower with the elephants.
- After we finish the mud spa and shower, it’s your turn to shower and we supply you with towels and soap to get youself clean.
- Return to Chiang Mai City

After a one hour drive to Elephant Retirement Park located in Mae Tang countryside. Upon arrival at the camp, they will give you an introduction about the elephants they have at the park helping you get a better understanding of the Asian elephant after the introduction you will meet the elephants and feed them fresh fruit or sugar cane at the same time learning (medical care and day to day living) more about the Asian Elephant they have at Elephant Retirement Park.
In the afternoon it’s time to get wet and dirty. Elephants love and need to be washed and cooled down. Time to wash and brush the elephants down and then have fun in their mud pool this a great day to get really close to their elephants and enjoy play time.
What to bring
Hat, bathing suit, sunscreen, insect repellent, towel, walking shoes, change of clothes, camera (Optional)
Pick Up and Drop Off
- This camp is included pick-up / drop-off from any Chiang Mai City Hotel or Guesthouse.
- From out of town we need to make arrangement or you need to meet us in the city to a meeting point.
