  • Lamphuhouse Travel offers you the services advertised on our website in accordance with that set forth in the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale(hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions”). Hence, due to the mere fact of booking any of the services offered on our website you are understood to unreservedly accept the obligations set forth in these General Terms and Conditions.
  • By following all of the steps involved in contracting the services and placing the purchase order you express your full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Terms and Conditions we have published at the specific time you access the website. As a result, you must carefully read the General Terms and Conditions every time you are about to request any of the services we offer on this website.
  • Lamphuhouse Travel takes full responsibility for all of the transactions from the website, including handling and dispute management, refunds, cancellations, and customer support.
  • It is recommended that booking of tours be made two days in advance of the tour date.

BOOKING POLICY:

  • Any booking made in your name or on your behalf will be considered as having been made by you yourself.
  • It is recommended that booking of tours be made two days in advance of the tour date.
  • Lamphuhouse Travel reserves the right to cancel reservations made by customers who fail to pay within the specified period.
  • Please note that reservations are always subject to availability. And the reservation will not be complete without full payment in advance within the specified period.

PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS:

  • The price of the services will be clearly set on the page on which it is shown and the price published at the time the booking is made will apply.
  • The price of the services will be paid directly to the Lamphuhouse Travel via a link OMISE only.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you wish to cancel your tour this is possible but you must notify us at least 3 days before your intended tour start date and there will be a charge for cancellation fee of 100THB per person and any other fees will be deducted (5%) for the refund.

REFUND POLICY:

  • NO REFUND for no-show and last-minute cancellation for all reasons.
  • We can’t give you the refund if the tour can be operated but you refuse to go.
  • Our tour operator and the government assess the weather condition every morning. In case of the tour can’t operate, we will offer you the option to fully refund or change the date.
  • We can’t refund you for a complete trip due to your dissatisfaction or the tour itinerary is altered due to weather or other factors. This is due to the fact that we can’t claim the refund for the complete trip from our partner, too.

SPEED BOAT AND PADDLE BOAT:

If Pregnant woman, Children under 2 year-old. Senior people over 70 year-old, a person with medical conditions, a person with bone diseases, and a persons who is recovering from surgery, person who needs walking support or wheelchair, please contact us before booking the tour.

LIABILITY:

  • The supplier, our partner who gives you the service, is liable in accordance with the applicable law for its products.
  • We, as an agency for our supplier products, do not responsible for any accidents occurs from our supplier’s products and services.
